New Patients – What to Expect? No Surprises!

Welcome to our Office and Website. We do our best to give you clear information and make the new patient experience as smooth as possible. Your first phone call with us

When we’re open, you’ll always reach a real person—no automated systems or prompts.

  • From the first call: it’s a personal experience: we’ll answer your questions, take a few details, and book your visit.

  • New patient appointments are 45–60 minutes, with that time set aside just for you—no other patients present.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to help us stay on time.

  • We’re a unique office—we respect your time and strive to run on schedule for every visit.

Pre-Appointment Prep

Print out and complete intake forms if you can—saves time at check-in

  • Bring any recent spinal X-rays or MRI reports

  • We’re a fragrance-free office—no perfumes, colognes, sprays, or scented gels

  • Thanks for helping us keep the space comfortable for everyone! ☺️

  • Lots of earrings? They’ll need to be removed for any x-rays. Consider this on day one to save time.

Visit One

When you arrive, please sign in. We’ll go over your forms and escort you to the Exam Room. Dr. Marcus will review your intake forms and explain how we can provide you with the care you need.

You’ll have a thorough chiropractic exam consisting of:

  • Consultation/Case History

  • Postural Assessment

  • Safety Tests

  • Range of Motion Study

  • Palpation Exam

  • X-rays (if needed)

Your Follow Up Visit

We’ll see you for Visit Two very soon after your first appointment.

  • You’ll get a written Report of Finding. Together we review your case, go over your exam findings, outline a plan and discuss time frame.

  • Ready? You’ll receive your first adjustment answer questions and discuss recommended care.

  • Every BODY is unique—your care plan is personalized for your goals, needs and comfort
