Spring is a time for blooms. Every morning I spy new colorful offerings that weren't there the day before. Snowdrops, forsythia, daffodils, and grape hyacinths. They fill me with joy and surprise! Of course, the blooms were there the day before, but in a different form. In a bud that wasn't fully open. The right conditions of temperature and soil nutrients and warm sunlight gave the bud what it needed to become full!
When your spine is subluxated, your body is experiencing interference preventing it from fully blooming. When your subluxations are adjusted, your body and mind are in the right condition to be able to more fully express life and 'bloom' allowing it to heal, grow and enjoy life more!
These last days of March have now completed the cycle of rest and we are now in the stages of rebirth all around us. Hooray April!
The gardens are full of birds and scampering squirrels and the koi are slowly rising up looking for light and food after dormancy. Time to start refreshing window boxes, plant seeds and get outside more!
Who do you know that is ready to wake up and get a fresh start on health this Spring?
We are happy to schedule your friends and loved ones and invite them into our practice community. It's always great to hear the feedback after the first adjustment and most often it's the phrase "I feel lighter!". Living free of nerve tension and more ease is for sure a lighter way to live!
This Spring, when you see a new bloom, remember to come in and get an adjustment so that you can bloom, too. Wishing you a joyous April.
