Seasons of Love..at 820 Eaton

“525,600 minutes.. How do you measure a year in a life? .. measure in love..”

- ’Seasons of Love’, Rent

This year marks eighteen years since we moved our practice here from around the corner, and we've been blessed with many seasons since. Winter 2025 is certainly showing her extremes: 43 degrees one day, then plunging to -13 the next! While some are counting down to spring, each season brings its own gifts. Snowmen, skiing, cocoa, warm socks. The frozen waterfall and amazing deer visits from the adjusting room windows too! The cozy quiet of winter invites us to pause, reflect, appreciate and renew.

How do you measure a year in a life?

As the song says, you "measure in love". Love is in the little things we do for ourselves and others, in the moments we share with those who matter. February may highlight hearts, roses, and chocolates, but love isn't just for one day. It's in caring for family, pets, friendships, and community. In kind gestures, sacrifice, and giving without expectation. It's the heartbeat of all that is good in the world.

You may have noticed this poster up in the office:

LOVE IS:

THE CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT

THAT RELEASES THE CREATIVE POWER OF THE UNIVERSE

IN THE HUMAN BODY TO RESTORE AND MAINTAIN HEALTH.

So, how do I measure love here in our practice?

  • I love adjusting and watching lives thrive.

  • I love when you refer friends and family.

  • I love the trust in a grandmother's eyes as she places her newborn grandchild into my arms.

  • I love when kids tumble in for their wellness care, then rush to feed the fish and line up for a sticker from Donna.

  • I love when a patient rings the Better Bell on their way out.

  • I love hearing a burst of laughter from the waiting area. I love when someone shares their recovery, their pregnancy journey, their engagement, their victories big and small. And yes, I love too that I am called to bid farewell.

  • I love when a family that moved away, texts me to surprise their children for an ice cream visit when they're in town!

  • I love knowing chiropractic helps all ages return to the activities they love, sleeping better, functioning better, moving freely, aging with grace, thriving.

Chiropractic lovingly reconnects life by restoring the nervous system's ability to function at its best.

And,

I love that I found my calling.

I love that you know that I walk my talk -getting adjusted weekly to keep myself in good health so I can better serve you.

And I love that you are part of this movement.

I LOVE that 2025 marks 35 seasons of love as a family chiropractor. That's (insert deep breath,) 18,396,000 minutes of serving personalized specific care, to add more life expression, to grow our subluxation-free community!

Who and what do you love? Sharing Chiropractic with others is a most loving gesture..

See you on the table ❤️
