Here's to ringing in the new year with peace. Here's how:
Carry over the good memories and savor the accomplishments of this past year. Remember those who have made their transition, those whose lives and actions made a difference in yours. Celebrate the fond moments of joy that were shared. Look back on all you did that was good, enjoyed and achieved!
Forgive yourself any shortcomings.
The human experience is a constant dance of survival. Count the blessings that are small; for others, these might be huge! Take stock in your journey and how you have made it better for those in need. Do your best to bring a spark to others and bring a lighter step and a smile with you into 2025.
Let go of stress and regrets that weigh you down. Breathe in life, exhale more fully! Repeat!
Staying healthy throughout life takes the commitment of ongoing learning to maintain good habits like rest, water, nutrition, a positive mental attitude and ensuring optimum function of a clear flowing nerve supply.
That's where I come in.
2024 had many changes for sure. I could easily list some things that were not my favorites. I'm sure we all can. But, I can also make the choice to accentuate the positive, and recall many wonderful moments: the hugs, high fives from kiddos, hearing the better bell being rung out front as a happy patient is heading out the door. The visiting deer! Seeing the completion of the office repairs!
The news of bumps to bellies to new babies that arrived for care. Your family members on the table. The laughter as siblings take turns and friendly conversations coming from the front chairs. Your generosity over the year with donations for Coats to the Carolinas and Safe Harbor and Help Other People Eat food pantry. Your sweet gifts under the tree, your kind referrals and Google reviews left to help others. So many gifts to remind myself how grateful I am to serve you in our chiropractic community.
Keep your eyes on the blessings, there are many!
Joyous new year to all!
God bless us, everyone!
